“I have been up against tough competition all my life. I wouldn’t know how to get along without it.”
-Walt Disney

Haydee Nakash was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Growing up with two older brothers, Haydee developed a love for competition and sports, which led her to gymnastics at the age of five. She practiced and competed nationwide until her sophomore year of high school. She credits many of her successes to having learned perseverance, discipline, and grit in the sport of gymnastics.

Haydee graduated with Honors from Nova Southeastern University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Public Relations. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Haydee was recognized for achievement in Academics and was inducted into the National Communication Association Honors Society, Lambda Pi Eta.

She continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree and graduated Cum Laude.

While in law school, Haydee gained valuable experience and insight by serving as an intern for the Honorable Judge Andrew L. Siegel, a Seventeenth Judicial Criminal Circuit Judge. Haydee was also a member of NSU’s Moot Court Society where she developed her writing and advocacy skills, having competed in the annual Feinrider Moot Court Competition and being recognized as one of the “Top 8” advocates. She also competed in the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division – Robert Orseck Memorial Moot Court Competition, where she finished as a Quarter Finalist. Her experience with the moot court society assisted in preparing her to be the best advocate on behalf of her clients.

Haydee honed her leadership skills, serving as a member of the Moot Court’s Board for two years. She also had the privilege of serving as Editor of the “Greenbook” with the ILSA – International Law Students Association Journal, where she managed a team of contributors and assistant editors in completing the Volume for publication.

Outside of her practice of law, Haydee loves spending time with her husband, daughter, and family. She also enjoys anything involving music, cooking, and visiting the beach.
