Jennifer A. Francisco was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She attended high school and college in Philadelphia. She attended La Salle University where she pursued a dual major in Political Science and Spanish graduating with honors obtaining her B.S. degree.

Realizing that advocating was her passion, Jennifer decided to pursue a law degree and earned her Juris Doctor Degree with the honors designation of cum laude from St. Thomas University School of Law. During law school, Jennifer became a member of the honors organization, the St. Thomas Trial Team. She advocated at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law’s Trial Advocacy Competition wherein she, along with her team, won First Place at Regionals and Nationals. As a result, she was honored with the Order of the Barristers, which is a national organization that recognizes students for their achievement in oral advocacy programs. She also received the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association Book Award. Additionally, Jennifer was an Articles Editor for the St. Thomas law review and a member of the Student Bar Association.

Jennifer was able to gain valuable experience and knowledge as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Lourdes Simon in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and Miami-Dade Public Defenders Office.

Jennifer currently lives in Miami and enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
