Kyle Neal, a Florida native, was born and raised along Florida’s Gulf Coast where he grew up boating, fishing, trail biking and golfing. While in high school, he worked part-time and played guitar in a band that performed live at numerous events.

Kyle attended the University of South Florida in Tampa. He was elected twice to the Student Government Senate and became active on the Student Government Policy and Finance Committees. During college, he worked as a camp counselor at Foundation for Dream Oaks Camp in Bradenton, a camp dedicated to children with special needs and chronic illnesses.

After graduating in 2008 with a degree in history, Kyle choose to pursue a law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Joseph J. “Tad” Halbach, Jr., became a member–editor of the South Texas Law Review and worked for a firm that specializes in Mass Tort Litigation. Kyle graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the CALI Award in Damages, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Marital Property & Homestead.

Kyle has focused much of his legal career defending employers and carriers in workers’ compensation litigation, at both the trial and appellate stages. Kyle brings his experience to the various practice areas at Hightower, Stratton, Novigrod & Kantor to include personal injury, workers’ compensation and construction defect litigation.

In his spare time, Kyle enjoys primitive camping where he hikes miles to remote campsites with only what fits into his backpack. Kyle still enjoys playing guitar, and he recently added Pilates to his fitness routine. He assists those in need within his community by serving as a frequent build site volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
